The REIQ recently reported the latest housing market statistics which showed Greenslopes median house price grew to $793,500, increasing by 7.7% over the last 12 months and 42.9% over the last 5 years. In the 2nd quarter of 2018, there were 15 homes sold in Greenslopes.
