A development application for a Domino’s Takeaway Pizza Shop on Logan Road,  Greenslopes has been lodged.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited has submitted an application for a Change of Use to accommodate the establishment of a Food and Drink outlet, from its existing use, at Shop 2 496 Logan Road, Greenslopes. 

The subject site covers a total area of approximately 1,800 sqm and sits along a commercial strip. It is approximately 15-minutes walk away from Buranda train station and 10 minutes via 174 / 175 bus services.

The application seeks approval for an internal fit-out of the existing vacant tenancies to  facilitate the operation of Domino’s Pizza Shop which will involve: construction of front counter; construction of customer lobby area; installation of twelve frontage signs; installation of pizza ovens, cold room, and other equipment, and protrusion through the Western wall of the tenancy to facilitate access to sanitary facilities



The proposed Pizza Shop will use the existing car space assigned for this allotment and will be readily accessible for customers of the store. The proposed store hours are from  8:00 a.m. up to 2:00 a.m., Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.

“The proposed Domino’s store is considered to appropriately apply the provisions of the above regulatory framework. Domino’s will operate in line with subsequent consent conditions to ensure a commercially feasible and safe environment,” the Construction Supply & Service assessment report said.

“The proposed Domino’s Shop is considered as a fitting use of the existing tenancy at the site. The premise is designed to integrate well with the surrounding development and not to be a detriment to the surrounding land uses.”
